From the hearty country breakfast served every morning to the sumptuous dinner served at night, food is an important part of the warm hospitality that we offer here at our New Hampshire Inn and Restaurant. The parlor, dining rooms, and terrace have exceptional views of the back meadow and the rolling hills beyond. The terrace, surrounded by perennial gardens and crab apple trees, is a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the porch dining room (which has only four tables) as well as in the main dining room, with its wall of windows and cathedral ceiling. The porch was designed with intimacy in mind, a great place for a quiet dinner for two, or a private party for twelve or less.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 until 9:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 until 9:30 on weekends and holidays. No reservations are necessary, and guests are seated as they arrive to the porch and main dining room.

A typical breakfast menu includes fresh fruit, choice of fruit juices, Green Mountain Coffee, fresh baked muffins, choice of eggs any style, omelettes (such as tomato basil cheddar or sausage Swiss), pancakes, maple cinnamon French toast, bacon, sausage, ham, and toast or English muffins.

Breakfast is included with your room at our New Hampshire inn and restaurant.
Gratuities for the breakfast server are at your discretion.

Dinner is served every night at our Chesterfield NH restaurant, except Sunday, from 5:30 until 9:00 PM. Reservations are suggested. We are able to accommodate special dietary needs or food allergies with advance notice. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you have any special requests.

We love fresh, imaginative, delicious food with unique flavor combinations. Chef Bob Nabstedt's cuisine uses the freshest regional ingredients: seafood from Boston, herbs from our garden, and cheeses and produce from local farmers. Bread is made fresh every day at our romantic New Hampshire restaurant. Chef Bob brings enthusiasm and creativity to the kitchen at our New Hampshire inn and restaurant.

Desserts include Cinnamon Espresso Crème Brulee, Chocolate Tissimo Cake, Fresh Berry Trifle, Linzer Torte, and Apple Ginger Cake with Maple Butter Cream.

Our Chesterfield NH restaurant has a full liquor license and Phil and Judy have worked hard to provide a small but well-chosen collection of wines for the wine list. Check out our current wine list. You'll see wines from around the world as well as wines made from many different grapes to match with any of the items on the dinner menu at our romantic NH restaurant.

We can also deliver a bottle of champagne or wine to your room if you like.
