Dinner is served every night except Sunday at our romantic Chesterfield, NH restaurant, from 5:30 until 8:30 PM. Reservations are suggested and we encourage you to call or email us ahead of time so that you can be sure to get a table at the time that you prefer for dinner. We are able to accommodate special dietary needs or food allergies with advance notice. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you have any special requests.
We love fresh, imaginative, delicious food with unique flavor combinations. Chef Carl Warner’s cuisine uses the freshest regional ingredients: seafood from Boston, herbs from our garden, and cheeses and produce from local farmers. Bread is made fresh every day at our Southern New Hampshire restaurant. Chef Carl brings enthusiasm and creativity to the kitchen at our romantic New Hampshire inn and restaurant.
The menu changes seasonally and always includes Appetizers, Small Plates and Entrees, plus delicious desserts, all made at the inn from scratch.
Some of the most popular menu items are: Rosemary and Walnut Crusted Rack of Lamb with Merlot Demi Glace, Seared Scallops with Tomato Fennel Saffron Broth Served with Fresh Pappardelle, and Carl's fabulous Crab Cakes with Remoulade Sauce.
Desserts include Maple Crème Brulee, Chocolate Tissimo Cake, Fruit Crisp of the Season, and Key Lime Tartlets.
Our Chesterfield NH restaurant has a full liquor license and Judy has worked hard to provide a small but well-chosen collection of wines for the wine list. Check out our current wine list. You'll see wines from around the world as well as wines made from many different grapes to match with any of the items on the dinner menu at our romantic NH restaurant.
We can also deliver a bottle of champagne or wine to your room if you like.
